Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Free Shipping: Orders of ¥2,400 or more
  • Standard Shipping: ¥560 for orders under ¥2,400
  • Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • 0 - 1 kg: ¥2,500
  • 1 - 2 kg: ¥3,500
  • Over 2 kg: ¥5,000

Available Countries/Regions: We ship to 41 countries and regions worldwide, including:

  • North America: United States, Canada
  • Europe: All 27 EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), plus United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway
  • Asia-Pacific: Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand
  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Israel

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Asia-Pacific region: 5-10 business days
  • North America & Oceania: 10-15 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.
