30-Day Return Policy
A 30-day return policy applies. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in its original condition (unworn and unused)
- Item must have tags attached and be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions

Note: Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and address it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishables (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.)
- Customized products (special orders, personalized items, etc.)
- Hygiene products (beauty items, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing product, and purchase the new item separately once your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped within the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies under the following conditions:
- Returns allowed for any reason (no justification needed)
- Item must be in its original condition
- Item must have tags attached and be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
